HR and Recruitment Intern - Young Learner Division

We are looking for an HR Intern to join our fabulous Young Learner team in Malta!

Internship Terms:

  • Minimum 2 months Internship duration
  • Unpaid internship
  • Weekly grocery vouchers provided
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in Malta and must also be available for an interview

This internship will take place at our Head office on the sunny Island of Malta.

Internship Description:

A fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a global company in the educational travel/tourism industry! As an intern in the Young Learner team, you will have significant exposure and gain invaluable insight into what it takes to plan and prepare for a busy summer operation. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to jump into our process, has a curious mindset, and can assist us with our full recruiting process lifecycle.

Key Learning Tasks:

  • Supporting with the shortlisting of CVs
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Ensuring candidates have the required documents, in line with our Safer Recruitment Policy
  • Preparing contracts for manager to check and sign off
  • Collecting on-boarding documentation
  • Ensuring new hires complete required training
  • Supporting with new hire training

Skills and Attributes:

  • Undergoing or completed a university degree or a diploma
  • Good English written and spoken
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
  • Responsible
  • Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Eye for detail
  • Client focused
