What you’ll do:

Match clients with the right rental properties
Conduct property viewings
Negotiate and close deals
Build strong client relationships
Stay up to date with market trends

Main tasks and responsibilities

Make calls and communicate with prospective clients and property owners.
Upload and advertise properties across social media and other platforms.
Organise appointments, conduct in person viewings, and showcase suitable properties to clients.
Negotiate rental terms and assist in reaching agreements.
Maintain good communication with the team and share properties, leads, and opportunities.
Follow up with clients and property owners throughout the letting process.
