Medical Secretary

• Schedule patient appointments, manage calendars, and welcome patients while handling enquiries in a professional and confidential manner.  
• Prepare, process, and maintain medical records, reports, correspondence, and other clinical documentation accurately.  
• Answer telephone calls, manage emails, process referrals, and coordinate communication between patients, healthcare professionals, and external providers.  
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, billing support, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality requirements. 

Educational and skill requirements

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for
