We are inviting applicants for Full Time employment for a Notary, Nutar

We are seeking a qualified and professional Notary (Nutar) to prepare, authenticate, and certify legal documents and transactions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves advising clients on notarial matters, verifying identities and documentation, drafting legal instruments, and maintaining accurate official records.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Draft, review, authenticate, and certify legal documents, deeds, contracts, declarations, and other notarial acts.
Verify the identity, legal capacity, and documentation of parties involved in transactions and ensure all legal requirements are satisfied.
Provide professional guidance to clients on notarial procedures, property transactions, succession matters, and other relevant legal documentation.
Maintain accurate notarial records, registers, and archives while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable legislation and professional standards.
