Training And Staff Development Professional

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs and develop programmes based on employees’ skills, roles, and organizational requirements. 
• Plan and deliver training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities. 
• Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor employee progress, and provide feedback and support. 
• Maintain training records, prepare reports, and keep training materials and programmes up to date. 

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for   
• Only documents in English or Maltese will be accepted.
