We are inviting applicants for Full Time employment for a Plant Operator, Steam Engine And Boiler

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Plant Operator – Steam Engine and Boiler to operate, monitor, and maintain steam engines, boilers, and related plant equipment. The successful candidate will ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently, monitor pressure and temperature levels, perform routine inspections, and respond promptly to equipment issues.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Operate and monitor boilers, steam engines, pumps, valves, and associated plant equipment.
Monitor pressure, temperature, water levels, fuel supply, and other operating conditions to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance, and identify and report faults or abnormal operating conditions.
Maintain accurate operational records and follow all health, safety, environmental, and emergency procedures.

Be fluent in English and/or Maltese
