Office Administrator

As an Office Administrator at Solar Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day to day. We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to support our team and help us achieve our goals.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Booking of client’s appointments.
  • Booking of cranes and lifters for installations.
  • Preparing documents for grant applications.
  • Ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Following up and closing customers’ issues.
  • Day to day filing.
  • Any other tasks that fall within the Operations department.
Educational and skill requirements
  • Excellent customer care skills.
  • Experience in similar roles will be considered an asset.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as well as be a team player.
  • Fluent in Maltese and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs.
