Head of Finance and Administration

A well established company in the financial services industry is looking to hire a Head of Finance and Administration. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Managing Director.

Requirements:

• Manage daily finance operations and support the Operations team.
• Submit financial reports promptly, escalating issues as needed.
• Execute head office requests and meet performance targets.
• Oversee audits and ensure accurate financial analysis and planning.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and regulatory reports.
• Submit tax documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Advise the General Manager on financial decisions.
• Build client and provider relationships to strengthen brand loyalty.
• Ensure timely provider payments and manage admin team efficiency.
• Oversee payroll for accurate, timely salary payments.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Accountant with minimum 3 years experience.
• Excellent command in English language.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
