Compliance manager - German

The Compliance Manager will closely work with the Head of Digital Compliance Management.

You will be instrumental in implementing regulatory strategy in line with federal and state regulations, ensuring the highest compliance standards.

Your Role:
• Develop and maintain the regulatory execution framework, including documentation and risk mitigation measures.
• Ensure adherence to legal requirements and maintain clear communication with licensing authorities.
• Support business processes with regulatory advice, mitigating potential risks
promptly.
• Ensure the maintenance, renewal, and acquisition of gaming licenses.
• Promote a culture of compliance within the organization.

Qualifications:
• Degree in law or economics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance role within the iGaming industry.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Familiarity with the German licensing landscape, especially the
“Glücksspielstaatsvertrag.”
• Strong communication skills and a process-oriented mindset.
• Experience in process design and project management for large corporations.
