OFFICE CLERK
We are currently seeking an Office Clerk to join our team.
Tasks will include:
- Issuing of invoices and VAT Receipts
- Manage the inventory of office stationary and supplies.
- Preparing payment and bank transfers
- organising and maintaining both paper and digital filing systems
- provide general administrative support to the team
- ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Debtor chasing
- verify the accuracy of data and other information in the records and reports.
- support the administration team in achieving their goals.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Maltese.
- Attention to detail.
- Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position.
- IT proficiency- knowledge of MS Office and excel.
- Communication skills.
