Capable of following daily office routine.
Job will consist mostly:
- Clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying to management.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Interact with suppliers, and visitors.
- Maintain and update records, databases, cost control and filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
