• Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering artistic, cultural, and community engagement programmes, events, exhibitions, or performances.  
• Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling, documentation, budgeting assistance, and coordination with artists, performers, and stakeholders.  
• Support the preparation, installation, promotion, and maintenance of exhibitions, performances, or cultural activities.  
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational policies, health and safety requirements, and relevant cultural or funding guidelines. 

Educational and skill requirements

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for
