• Assess and value jewellery, electronics, watches, and other items offered as security for loans.  
• Process pawn transactions, loans, repayments, renewals, and redemptions accurately.  
• Maintain detailed records of customer transactions, pledged items, payments, and loan balances.  
• Provide clear information to customers, handle enquiries professionally, and follow all applicable financial, legal, and compliance procedures. 

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for   
• Only documents in English or Maltese will be accepted.
