We are inviting applicants for Full Time employment for a Salesperson, Contact Centre

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Contact Centre Salesperson to promote products and services and generate sales through telephone and other contact centre channels. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, explain products and services, process orders, and work towards individual and team sales targets.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Contact prospective and existing customers by telephone to promote products, services, offers, and sales campaigns.
Respond to customer enquiries, identify their needs, recommend suitable products or services, and provide accurate information.
Process sales orders and customer details accurately while maintaining records in the contact centre or CRM system.
Follow up on leads and enquiries, handle customer objections professionally, and achieve agreed sales and performance targets.

Be fluent in English and/or Maltese
Be customer-oriented
Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team
