Receptionist, Hotel

• Welcome guests, complete check-in and check-out procedures, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Manage reservations, room availability, guest records, payments, and related front-office documentation.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests in person, by telephone, and by email, resolving issues professionally where possible.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth guest services and a positive stay.

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for   
• Only documents in English or Maltese will be accepted.
