Secretary, General

• Manage correspondence, emails, telephone calls, appointments, calendars, and general office communications.
• Prepare, format, proofread, file, and maintain documents, reports, letters, and other administrative records.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and materials, take minutes when required, and follow up on assigned actions.
• Maintain organised filing systems, assist with data entry and office administration, and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately.

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for
