Policy Administration Professional

• Process new policies, renewals, amendments, cancellations, and other policy administration activities accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date policy records, customer information, documentation, and correspondence.
• Respond to client, broker, and internal enquiries regarding policy information, documentation, and administrative matters.
• Review documents for accuracy, follow internal procedures and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for
