In line with our aspirations to be a key player in the international mobility industry, we are currently on the lookout for a Product Delivery Manager to join our team.

As a Product Delivery Manager, you will be the cornerstone in managing our product delivery pipeline, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed the dynamic needs of our market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on strategic planning, cross-functional team collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Lead project management activities across product development, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives for timely and within budget delivery.
  • Champion the financial analysis of product initiatives, guiding strategic decisions and operational efficiencies.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication among product squads, bridging gaps and ensuring cohesive progress from product concept to market launch.
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges that could impact project timelines or outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement to enhance both process efficiency and product quality.
Educational and skill requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science,
    Engineering, or a related field.
  • Possession of project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner) is highly desirable.
  • A robust background in project management within a technology-centric environment is crucial. While not mandatory,
    experience in mobility technology products will be viewed as a significant asset.
  • Adept at navigating Agile development methodologies and proficient with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in financial analysis and strategic planning.
