Real Estate Letting Agent

We're looking for a self-motivated and ambitious individual to join our Residential and Commercial Letting team.

We believe in giving our team the freedom to work independently while providing guidance, training, and support whenever needed. You will have the opportunity to manage your own work, build relationships, develop your skills, and grow your earnings based on your performance.

The role includes:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and potential clients.
• Arranging property viewings and assisting clients throughout the rental process.
• Identifying new business opportunities and bringing new properties and clients to the company.
• Negotiating rental terms and helping both landlords and tenants reach successful agreements.
• Taking responsibility for your clients and deals from the initial enquiry through to completion.
