You’ll be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of a fast-paced corporate office, playing a key role in how employees and visitors experience the workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the reception.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer and visitor experiences.
- Establish and maintain reception best practices, workflows, and service standards.
- Coordinate the planning, organization, and execution of internal office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Support meeting logistics (room setup, calendars, refreshments, technology).
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees (badges, workspace setup, welcome materials).
- Assist in monitoring budgets, processing invoices, and tracking expenses related to office operations.
- Assist in tracking, compiling, and reporting facility performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Applicants must possess a high school diploma, with post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front-of-house and administrative support role within a corporate environment is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn are essential.
- The ability to multitask and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced office environment is required.
- A high degree of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times are expected.
- You are happy to be based in the office 5 days a week.
