Infrastructure Engineer – Infra
We are seeking a Senior Systems/Infrastructure Engineer to join our evolving team. The ideal candidate will possess deep infrastructure and operational expertise, complemented by experience in using modern DevOps practises such as Infrastructure as Code (Iac), configuration management and automation.

Our Product Development organisation is truly Global with cross functional teams spanning 6 Tech Hubs – Malta, Budapest, Stockholm, Tallinn, Kyiv and Athens. With over 1,000 professionals, the Product Development organisation is spear-headed by our CTO-CPO with all our talented Area Teams working together.
A taster of what you will be involved with:
- Deploy, manage, and optimize AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, Systems Manager, Backup Manager).
- Maintain Active Directory for secure authentication across on-premises and cloud services.
- Maintain VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
- Manage AD, including, PKI, DNS, GPO and other connected tools within the suite.
- Administer physical servers (blade and standalone configurations).
- Manage environments with both Microsoft and Linux-based OS.
- Handle Enterprise HPE storage solutions (HPE 3PAR, MSA, Primera, Alletra).
- Support/manage Fiber Channel SAN switches.
- Develop and manage Terraform-based infrastructure.
- Automate configuration management using Ansible, Foreman, and AWS Systems Manager (SSM).
- Create and manage dashboards and alerts to minimize downtime. Monitor system performance, security, and infrastructure health in real-time.
What we are looking for
- Experience with AWS, Terraform and Ansible
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, technical degree beneficial.
- AWS Cloud practitioner or equivalent would be beneficial.
- Strong technical skills with Github, Active Directory, Veeam Data Platform, VMware suiter, Microsoft Windows & Linux OS, and physical hardware like HPE, Servers, storage arrays and switches
- Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and teammates.
- Documentation and knowledge sharing.
