 Responsibilities:&nbsp;

<li>The Restaurant Manager will ensure a smooth and efficient Restaurant operation, in compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures as well as local laws, this will include achieving all targets concerning cost control, quality and standards.</li>
<li>The Restaurant Manager will use adequate professional management skills to create and maintain a good and healthy atmosphere within the Restaurant.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 Requirements:
<ul>
<li>We require individuals with passion for the Mediterranean cuisine and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Must be clear communicators, fluent in English and ideally in more languages too.</li>
<li>All applicants need to be currently living in Malta, hold a clean police conduct and non-EU nationals should hold a valid work permit to work in Malta.</li>

<li>The Chef de Partie will work hand in hand with the Sous Chef or Head Chef.</li>
<li>The candidate is expected to ensure that the kitchen stations are well equipped and clean at all times. </li>
</ul>
