Chef de partie

Nestled in the heart of St. Julian’s, Malta, Manakis Greek Taverna offers an authentic taste of Greek cuisine in a modern, bright, and welcoming ambiance, situated on the seafront of Spinola Bay.

We are currently seeking to employ a Chef De Partie to work in a dynamic team on a full-time basis.


Responsibilities:

• The Chef de Partie is expected to oversee specific sections in the kitchen, including the preparation of various dishes whilst ensuring that the food presented is of high standard.
• The Chef de Partie will work hand in hand with the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
• Ensures that the kitchen stations are well equipped and clean at all times.
  
  

Requreiments:

• We require individuals with passion for the Mediterranean cuisine, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to give clear communicators, fluent in English and ideally in more languages too.
• All applicants need to be currently living in Malta, hold a clean police conduct and non-EU nationals should hold a valid work permit to work in Malta.
  
  

A good salary package and excellent working conditions with a reliable well-established company, will be offered to the preferred applicant. The post offers excellent prospects for advancement at Manakis and within other Kitchen Concepts restaurants.
