SALES ADVISOR – BEAUTY

As a Sales Advisor – Beauty at Mavenry, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, using your product knowledge in this department to build lasting customer relationships and achieve business goals while embodying the values of our company.

Essencial Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized, world-class customer service to exceed customer expectations and foster brand loyalty.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to ensure smooth operation of the shop floor, including merchandise presentation and inventory management.
  • Remain calm and composed under pressure, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and transactions efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues as part of a cohesive team, contributing to a supportive and uplifting work environment.
  • Thrive on the excitement of achieving sales targets, consistently striving to meet and exceed set goals.
  • Actively engage with customers to drive sales and maximize revenue opportunities.
