SF1 Clips, an official distributor of Pandora Jewellery in Malta, is currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. Pandora Jewellery is a globally renowned jewellery brand that specializes in high-quality, hand-finished jewellery with a focus on creating unforgettable moments and celebrating individuality. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service, promoting our beautiful jewellery pieces, and contributing to the overall success of our stores.

You will deliver an exceptional customer experience and represent the Pandora brand in Malta. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect jewellery pieces, providing product knowledge, and styling advice, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Greeting and welcoming customers into the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understanding customers' needs and preferences and guiding them in selecting appropriate jewellery items.
  • Providing detailed product information, including materials, care instructions, and pricing.
  • Assisting customers in trying on jewellery items and recommending complementary pieces.
  • Handling point-of-sale transactions, including cash, credit card, and electronic payments.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
  • Participating in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay up to date with new collections and promotions.
  • Collaborating with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Educational and skill requirements
  • Fluency in English or Maltese, or both.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Passion for jewellery and a good understanding of fashion trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as per the store's schedule.
