Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join its showroom team within the luxury interiors sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through bespoke kitchen, bathroom, and furniture solutions while offering a superior level of personalised service in a refined showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Welcome visitors to the showroom, understand their preferences, and provide customised product recommendations.
• Customer Service: Ensure an exceptional client experience from first interaction to final delivery, maintaining a high level of professionalism and care.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with customers through attentive service and consistent follow-up throughout the sales and design process.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the product range, including features and benefits, to support the customer decision-making process.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and productive working environment while achieving sales goals.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

• Education: While formal qualifications are not essential, studies in design or a related field would be an asset.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales is required, preferably in kitchen, furniture, or bathroom retail.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of both Maltese and English is required to succeed in this role.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
• Interpersonal Skills: Personable, approachable, and able to build rapport with a wide range of clients.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable with IT tools and capable of using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Organisation: Able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
