Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our Client's high-performing team in Malta. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries, assisting with logistical operations, and supporting management in day-to-day business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Management: Ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods to clients while efficiently handling collections.
• Loading & Unloading Support: Assist with the loading and unloading of goods using forklifts or other equipment as required.
• Route & Delivery Planning: Organise and plan delivery schedules to optimise efficiency and meet client expectations.
• Management Assistance: Support the Company’s management with operational requirements and ad hoc tasks.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer care, ensuring a positive client experience at all times.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

• Driving License: Malta-issued truck driving license category C, C1, CPC and ADR required.
• Experience: Experience in driving trucks, forklifts, and ADR machines is advantageous; training will be provided where necessary.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required; the ability to communicate in Maltese is an asset.
• Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and competence in operating forklifts and trucks.
• Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules and deliveries effectively.
• Self-Motivated: Demonstrates initiative and reliability in fulfilling duties independently.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address operational challenges efficiently and proactively.
