🍽️ Waiter / Waitress Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer customer questions
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout the service
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Handle payments and issue receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
• Uphold a friendly and respectful attitude with customers and team members

🧼 Dishwasher Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash items as needed
• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools
• Maintain cleanliness of sinks, floors, and trash areas
• Organize clean items and restock kitchen stations
• Assist with basic food prep or kitchen tasks when required
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times
• Report any equipment issues or supply shortages
• Support the kitchen team during busy hours
• Ensure the dishwashing area is tidy and ready for the next shift
