Role:&nbsp;&nbsp; You will be responsible for ensuring that Paramount runs smoothly, professionally and to a consistently high standard.&nbsp;

Responsibilities will include:&nbsp;

<li>Managing the day-to-day operation and service</li>
<li>Leading, supervising and managing the staff team</li>
<li>Maintaining a spotless, organised and well-presented venue</li>
<li>Monitoring stock, stocktaking, purchasing and wastage</li>
<li>Ensuring excellent customer service and guest experience</li>
<li>Building strong relationships with our regular customers</li>
<li>Managing busy services and dealing confidently with any issues that arise</li>
<li>Maintaining the standards of Paramount at all times</li>
<li>We need someone who is:</li>
<li>Experienced in hospitality management</li>
<li>A strong and confident people manager</li>
<li>Highly organised and attentive to detail</li>
<li>Proactive and able to identify what needs to be done without being told</li>
<li>Comfortable taking control during busy services</li>
