EF Malta
 –
Graduate Leadership Program (12–18 months)

Start your career where education meets travel.

EF Malta is one of the island's largest and most international language schools. We're proud to be both deeply rooted in Malta and connected to the world. Our students and colleagues come from across the globe – and we're excited to help ambitious graduates build an international career right here in Malta.

If we were a hotel, we'd be one of the biggest on the island and one of the largest chains in the world – but we're not a hotel, an iGaming company, a consulting firm or a bank. We're an international education and travel organisation, helping people learn languages, experience cultures, and broaden their horizons.

Within 12–18 months, you'll gain experience that many graduates spend years acquiring. You'll work across multiple business functions, lead real projects, solve real operational challenges, and build the skills to grow into a long-term career with EF – either in Malta or internationally.
