Admin Assistant

An Admin Assistant / Clerk is needed to work in the Registrar Office of a large college. This position is being offered on a 3 months renewable contract

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Update file
  • Deal with correspondence and enquiries relating to the function of the respective unit under the direction of the Registrar Manager
  • Perform usual clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, data inputting, etc
Educational and skill requirements
  • Fluent English and preferably Maltese
  • Ability to perform a variety of clercial tasks
  • Computer literacy able to use Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
  • Have a flexible approach
