Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Administration: Oversee the accurate preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update personnel files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- HR Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee queries, providing timely and professional support to staff members.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR and payroll processes, contributing to team efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
- Education: O-Level standard of education is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in HR and payroll is advantageous but not essential.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of both Maltese and English is required to succeed in this role.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with colleagues and management.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships, work collaboratively, and provide professional support to employees.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office applications.
