Back Office Clerk

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and document management
  • Chase clients for pending approvals, or documentation
  • Preparation of quotes
  • Follow up on pending client replies and job statuses
  • Answer and manage phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Assist the sales and accounts teams with administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Coordinate basic internal office tasks and support management as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or back-office role
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Maltese speaking
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Able to handle client follow-ups and multitask effectively
  • A proactive, trustworthy, and responsible attitude
  • Experience in the energy or technical sector is considered an asset
