Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly capable and confident individual (female or male) to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate must have a strong character, excellent leadership skills, and a high level of English proficiency, both written and spoken. Maltese speaking is a must.
This role involves managing a team of 9–12 employees, ensuring all departments function efficiently and the entire chain of operations moves smoothly. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding standards, maintaining discipline, and fostering a professional and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company.
- Manage and lead a team of 9–12 staff members across various departments.
- Ensure workflows and internal processes are efficient and well-coordinated.
- Maintain a well-organized, clean, and productive office environment.
- Evaluate staff performance, engage or dismiss employees as necessary.
- Liaise with company directors and report on staff and operational matters.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5–6 years of administrative and leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- High-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Maltese speaking is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure and make independent decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
