Restaurant Supervisor

Meliteh Recruiting is seeking a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our client's restaurant team.

The ideal candidate will support the Assistant and Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth operations, improving efficiency, and enhancing the dining experience.

They will manage junior staff, maintain high standards of service, and contribute to financial targets.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Passion for food and beverage service
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid Food Handler's License
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Legal right to live and work in the EU.
  
  

Main Duties:

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and staff performance
• Supervise front-of-house operations in the absence of the Assistant/Restaurant Manager
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, providing excellent customer service
• Oversee cleanliness, equipment functionality, and compliance with food safety standards
• Support new employee training and assist colleagues when needed
• Handle customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction
