Business Intelligence Analyst

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data models, visuals, reports, and dashboards.
• Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify reporting gaps, and enhance their data pipeline for improved self-service reporting.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers to define essential data structures for BI projects.
• Integrate advanced analytical techniques, including statistical analysis, machine learning, and forecasting, to provide proactive insights.
• Pioneer the development of new metrics that deepen understanding of business performance.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BI development/Data Analysis/Data Science, with a strong portfolio in data visualization and analytics using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Proficient in SQL and experienced in data modelling, warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Skilled in applying statistical analysis and basic machine learning methods to real-world business problems.
• Practical experience with Python and familiarity with Git.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English; Turkish is a plus.
• Must be collaborative, curious, business-focused, resilient, adaptable, and passionate about technology.
