Tax Executive

• Preparation of high-quality tax compliance work, including preparation and submission of corporate and personal tax returns.
• Preparation of DDT10 exemptions, shareholder registrations, dividend warrants and tax refund registration forms.
• Analysis and application of the Consolidated Group (Income Tax) rules.
• Assisting in tax advisory assignments and in the research of tax matters.
• Liaising with tax authorities.
• Keeping abreast with direct tax developments locally and internationally.
• Assisting in other ad-hoc tax projects as applicable.

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a CSP environment (additional experience will be considered an asset).
• Excellent command of accounting standards and Maltese tax legislation.
• Working against deadlines and delivering in a timely manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese languages. Knowledge of a third language is considered a plus.
• Working on your own initiative and in a team, with a pro-active approach.
• Building relationships with clients and having a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Education

ACCA qualified or in the final stages of obtaining qualifications.
