Call Centre Agents (Temporary)
Are you a student currently taking a gap year? Or are you looking for a temporary job on full - time basis?
We are currently on the lookout for team members to join our customer support team as of mid- April for a period of 3 to 4 months. Interested candidates will be working Monday to Friday and will be given full training from our in-house trainers.

As a Customer Support Champion, your mission will be to assist our valued customers, understanding their needs, and resolving any issues with unparalleled superheroic flair via calls.
- Fluency of both Maltese and English;
- Proficiency in the tools of the trade, including Outlook 365, Word, and Excel;
- Exceptional organisational skills and a knack for problem-solving;
- Confidence in your ability to bring joy to our customers and help keep our operations running like well-oiled machines;
- The ability to tackle tasks with initiative and creativity, always ready to seize opportunities and make things happen;
