<li>This position calls for a responsible and diligent candidate to join our highly motivated and professional team of Front Desk and Contact Centre personnel, who share the same passion for work.</li>
<li>Selected candidates will be scheduled to work from different locations close to their residing area when they are requested to replace other representatives.</li>

Main tasks and responsibilities

<ul>
<li><strong>Excellent</strong>&nbsp;computer skills, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate.</li>
<li>Fluency in&nbsp;<strong>both</strong>&nbsp;Maltese and English, both spoken and written, is a must.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and listening skills.</li>
<li>A can-do attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative with limited supervision.</li>
