Office Clerk
We are looking for an Office Clerk to join our team.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management.
- Manage schedules, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Interact with clients, suppliers, and visitors, ensuring effective communication and a positive company image.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with employees, clients, and external partners. Maltese O’Level would be considered as an asset.
