Recruitment Administrator

GCS Malta is currently actively searching for a Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. If you have excellent organizational skills, then you should not miss this one!

The chosen individual will be mainly responsible for assisting the Recruitment Department with their day-to-day administrative tasks. The individual will also be reporting directly to the Director of Recruitment & Business Consultancy.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Creating and posting job descriptions on relevant job boards
  • Formatting of CVs
  • Maintaining the administrative system
  • Ensuring that the client vacancy list is kept up to date 
  • Attending weekly recruitment meetings
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management
