Recruitment Administrator
GCS Malta is currently actively searching for a Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. If you have excellent organizational skills, then you should not miss this one!
The chosen individual will be mainly responsible for assisting the Recruitment Department with their day-to-day administrative tasks. The individual will also be reporting directly to the Director of Recruitment & Business Consultancy.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Creating and posting job descriptions on relevant job boards
- Formatting of CVs
- Maintaining the administrative system
- Ensuring that the client vacancy list is kept up to date
- Attending weekly recruitment meetings
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management
