Corporate Administrator
We are looking for a Corporate Administrator to strengthen our corporate team. The right candidate must be able to work on their own initiative, have a passion for results, and be able to work under pressure.
FIN Consult Limited is a company incorporated under the laws of Malta. The main activity of the company is the provision of Back-Officer Services, Book-Keeping Services, Corporate services, and other ancillary services.
Required Skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Good command of the English Language (Verbal and Written).
- Flexible and able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize amongst different tasks.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Maintenance of corporate documents, including annual corporate compliance, corporate changes and resolutions as well as bank and VAT-related documents.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies, as necessary.
- Assisting in the onboarding process.
- Liaising with various external stakeholders including the Registry of Companies, Tax and Vat Departments, Commissioner for Revenue as well as banks.
- Make travel arrangements for the senior managers.
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Educational and skill requirements
- A Level Standard of Education.
- Qualification in Business Administration will be considered as an asset.
- The selected candidate will be expected to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a corporate administration role in the Company Service Provider’s industry.
- Excellent working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, management, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and is results-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Flexible and highly motivated.
- Able to work on own initiative and under pressure.
