The Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing specific sections of the kitchen, preparing and executing a variety of dishes, and ensuring that all food served meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. The role also involves maintaining a safe, clean, and hygienic kitchen environment while fostering excellent teamwork within the kitchen.
Applicants must be strong communicators, fluent in English, and ideally proficient in additional languages. All applicants must currently reside in Malta, hold a clean police conduct certificate, and, in the case of non-EU nationals, possess a valid work permit.
