
Head Waiter / Asisstant Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. This role involves working closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure a smooth guest experience, uphold quality standards, and lead a motivated team.

Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations.

Supervise and support front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly.

Help manage staff schedules, training, and performance.

Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels.

Step in for the Restaurant Manager when needed.

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in Malta.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant regulations.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
