Boa Malta is currently looking for a Chef / Head Chef / Sous Chef to join their team!
The Sous Chef/Head Chef is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation

Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff

Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency

Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service

Enforce hygiene standards and proper food handling procedures
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef is an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
