
Geographic Information System (GIS) Technicians
The role of GIS Technicians is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a passion for spatial data, mapping, and technology-driven solutions. Successful candidates will contribute to projects locally, working at the client’s site.

Collecting, processing, and analysing geospatial data.

Creating, updating, and maintaining digital maps and spatial databases.

Producing reports, charts, and visualisations to support projects.

Assisting with field data collection and integrating field data into GIS systems.

Supporting project teams with geospatial insights for planning, monitoring, and decision-making.

Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with project requirements and standards.
Education:
- A qualification at MQF Level 6 in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geography, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD).

Knowledge of GNSS equipment (desirable but not mandatory).
Professional Skills:

Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs in a collaborative team setting.
Other:
- Possession of a valid driving license.
