Graphic Designer

Fenlex Corporate Services Ltd., one of the leading corporate service providers in Malta, are looking to recruit a Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team.

We are seeking creative and motivated individuals at both junior and experienced levels. You will support the marketing team by creating high-quality visual content that reflects the brand identity and values of the Organisation. You will work on a range of projects across digital and print including marketing collateral, social media graphics, and video assets, and more.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Design professional and impactful marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, event collateral, and digital campaigns.
Ensure consistency in visual identity across all platforms and communications.
Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal/external events.
Design assets for internal and external communications (e.g. email banners, invites, signage).
Edit and enhance images and visual content for use across multiple channels.
Assist with website content updates, particularly graphic and visual elements.
Provide design support during events, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
Liaise with external vendors and printers as necessary to ensure quality output.

Educational and skill requirements

A degree in Graphic Design or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience using Canva and other design tools.
Attention to visual detail.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
A team-player attitude, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Video editing skills will be considered an asset.
Basic knowledge of web development and SEO tools will be considered a plus.
