Marketing Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading hotel group, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing and Branding:

• Develops and manages branding and marketing strategies.
• Establishes annual marketing budgets and oversees their execution.
• Collaborates with external agencies and internal teams for brand development and marketing activities.
• Directs the creation and implementation of digital and traditional marketing assets.
• Develops communication guidelines for all brands.
• Contributes to the development and marketing of new services or products.
• Manages and safeguards CRM databases.

Sales and Public Relations:

• Develops professional sales presentations and pitches.
• Creates digital and traditional marketing content for B2B and B2C sales activities.
• Collaborates on targeted joint marketing plans with business associates.
• Oversees the publication of digital and traditional content for each hotel or resort.

Online Communities and Social Media:

• Develops and oversees social media community content.
• Manages the development and growth of online communities for the brand.
• Aligns social media strategies with overall branding and marketing strategies.
• Develops policies and guidelines for social media accounts.

Content Development:

• Develops and implements content strategies.
• Conducts annual content audits and updates.
• Develops engaging stories based on brand personas and beliefs.
• Manages the distribution and publication of digital and traditional marketing content.

Loyalty Program:

• Manages the development and growth of the Loyalty Program.
• Develops and optimizes retention strategies for the program.
• Defines KPIs for measuring the effectiveness of the loyalty program.

CRM and Database Management:

• Develops policies and procedures for CRM and database management.
• Manages the maintenance and functionality of CRM systems and databases.
• Oversees data entry procedures.

Team Management:

• Manages and develops the marketing team.
• Determines training and educational requirements for the team.
• Develops team building and motivational plans.

Reporting:

• Prepares performance and budget control reports.
• Prepares presentations and reports as required by top management.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Marketing, MBA or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant positions.
• Proven experience in marketing content planning, marketing campaigns, data/web analytics etc.
• In depth knowledge of CRMs, websites, e-commerce, key metrics of e-commerce and digital ad campaigns.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language (both verbal and written).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytic skills and numeracy.
