Head Butcher

We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Head Butcher to join our team at Ramla Bay Resort!

As a Head Butcher you will lead our butchery team, ensuring the highest standards of meat preparation & cutting. You will be responsible for managing daily operations and maintaining inventory.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Oversee daily operations of the butchery department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Prepare, cut, and portion meats according to the kitchen needs.
  • Ensure meat quality, freshness, and safety standards are always met.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and wastage control.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the butchery team to maintain high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment following health and safety regulations.

You’re Perfect for This Role If:

  • Proven experience as a Butcher.
  • Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety.
  • Experience in a leadership role, managing and motivating a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
