Promoter
Responsible to increase product placement, brand awareness and implement promotions in supermarkets and retail shops.
Liaise with supermarkets and retail shops in providing information with regards to the products.
• Perform regular checks including but not limited to the fridge’s temperature, the display of the products and to ensure that they are displayed nicely.
• Intercept customers and promote ongoing offers.
• Keep oneself updated on product specifications.
• Understand and learn all product specifications.
• Implement and maintain plans to reach the set targets and speak with managers and/or stackers about our products.
o If there are any customer complains
o If there are any issues that they wish to discuss
o About deliveries what could be better, etc.
• Ensure deadlines are always met.
• Develop and maintain a structured procedure in relation to checking the dates of products and inspecting that the proper rotation is being made.
• Manage stock by refilling and/or cleaning fridges, making sure the right stock is in the right amount at the right place depending on what is needed.
• Negotiate space and positioning of merchandise.
• Ensure adequate positioning and presentation of merchandise including checking and/or changing prices as required.
• Research analyze and keep updated with the market, including competitors and consumer trends.
• Ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout.
• Handle retailers’ complaints in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Collect data and perform data inputting including photos and related documentation.
• Communicate with retailers via email and reply to their queries.
• Perform administrative functions such as preparing pricelists for shops and other related
documentation

• Fluent in both Maltese and English
